Born each year from the aristocratic Asyrtiko variety, which grows on the slopes of Mt. Meliton, and the aromatic Athiri variety from Sithonia, is the fruity wine Melissanthi.
A dry white, VDQS wine from the slopes of Mt. Meliton with a pale yellow hue, strong citrus undertones and an abundant, full body. It is an ideal accompaniment to fresh seafood at
10oC.
Due to its strong temperament, it can be served in a tall glass together with oily fish or with marinated salmon at any meal.
