A dry rose wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and bottled as Sithonia Local Wine which is infused for 18 hours in stainless steels tanks under controlled temperatures. With an intense rosy colour and pleasant flowery bouquet it is ideal with white meat, salads and seafood while it can also be enjoyed at 8^oC as a wonderful aperitif.

It is a wine that overturns the classical view which considers rose wines to be the chameleons of the dining table and an easy solution that goes with just about anything. Served together with yellow cheeses it is the ideal accompaniment for any wine and cheese party.
